Our services include the design of Concrete Structure plans, from the lower structure (foundations, basement) to the superstructure (columns, beams, floors, roofs, swimming pools). All structural calculations are based on SNI and applicable quality standards.

Every plan will be outlined in shopdrawing (working drawings), so that all details of the work are listed and minimize miscommunication in the field.

Preparation, reinforcing, casting, and other processes are all carried out under the supervision of an experienced and professional team, in order to maintain the quality of work and work schedules.

The K3 team will always supervise all work processes, to avoid work accidents. The Quality control team ensures that work results are in accordance with agreed plans and quality standards.

Joint inspections are carried out to ensure that the work results are in accordance with the work plan, both from a technical and non-technical perspective, so that the customer is satisfied with the work results until the handover is carried out.
